How We Work

Every case submitted through Auvera Health undergoes a payer-specific documentation review before reaching the portal. We verify clinical notes, diagnosis coding, conservative care, and imaging against each payer’s surgical approval criteria.

Approved? Your team is notified within one hour with the authorization number, effective date, and expiration date.

Denied? Within two hours, you receive a plain-language explanation and the next action is already underway.

Every Monday morning, you receive one complete report covering every active case, pending decision, and approved authorization across all payers—so your team always knows where every case stands, without status calls or chasing decisions.
